Ingredients
  • 2/3cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Roll into 12 bites.
  3. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze 1 hour.
  4. Store in airtight container in fridge for up to a week.
Recipe Notes

Natural peanut butter is best. Check ingredients for peanuts and salt only.

Store ground flaxseed in fridge to prolong shelf life.
